Hmm, looks like this is related to the ctvdr kernel/driver I am using.
When I upgrade from 

vdr1:~# uname -a
Linux vdr1.local 2.4.27-ctvdr-1 #1 Fri Oct 15 18:38:29 UTC 2004 i686 GNU/Linux

to

vdr1:~# uname -a
Linux vdr1.local 2.6.8-1-386 #1 Thu Nov 25 04:24:08 UTC 2004 i686 GNU/Linux

the diseqc works as expected on the budget.  But the 2.6.8 kernel fails
to recognize my fullfutered Technotrend :-(

What is wrong with the ctvdr kernel/driver?  And why don't the 2.6 kernel
like my FF card?  Any ideas?
