The board needs inversion inverted - found this out with saa7146dump.

Also, I was using dvbtune previously, and I remembered Gavin Hamill's post 
about it not working on his ves1820 based card - I tried czap instead, and it 
works.

For analogue mode, GPIOs 1 and 3 should be HIGH (untested - will verify 
later).
For DVB mode, GPIOs 1 and 3 should be LOW (verified with saa7146dump).
