I have duplicated this behaviour on true budget
card when there I disable sync_b at dd1_init register.

Like PSYN is not connected.

I checked the PSYN line with ohmmeter and it looks
like it is connected

As I'm using ves1x93, is it possible that this
demodulator tunes good but due to some misconfiguration
stops sending PSYN (packet sync) signal out?

Is it possible that av7110 'overrides' that
signal by becoming output high or low and thus
holds the line?
