How did you get the idea that this is a Kfir2 card?
Or is there another card besides the WinTV PVR?

AFAIK from the pictures it has an Altera and ADSP and needs the Bt878
as PCI bridge. The Kfir2 would not need that since it does sound
encoding and PCI by itself.
