Athlon-VIA is the same trouble my friend is having.  Even if there aren't
any other cards in the box.  My trouble wasn't with sharing the IRQ,
either, as my USB stuff is on IRQ 10, and the kfir is on IRQ 15.  But...
if I loaded the USB drivers first, it would lock up.
