There is a parameter called FrameSkipRatio which influences MulFrameRate
and also some other parameters to accomplish this. But although I implemented
it as in the sample source I got it never worked correctly for me.
It does not seem to be a problem of the Linux driver because the first
person who pointed out the problem to me got the same wrong results
under Windows.
