Hi: 

	How are you and greeting from Hong Kong.

	We are a research group in the Chinese University
of Hong Kong.  I would like to know is there any TV tuner card
available on the Linux platform? 

        Specifically, we want to setup the following



    TV signal --->  Linux TV       -----> Linux MPEG 
                    tuner card            encoding card


        Currently, we are using the BMK Linux 
MPEG encoding card on a linux box.  It will be nice if we
can find a linux-based TV tuner card so that we can
put the TV tuning feature and encoding feature on the same box.
