[mpeg2] Kfir board with WinTV board?

Hi,

I have in mind to use a Kfir mpeg2 card in conjunction with a Hauppage
wintv card.  I'd pick up video output from the tuner on the wintv card and
connect it over to the mpeg2 encoder.  This will allow to use the standard
bttv driver to tune the wintv tuner, and then to collect mpeg2 off the
encoder card.  Also, wintv has fm radio tuner for other applications.

Does anyone see a problem with this?

As a second question - is there any possibility to feed the Kfir card with
RGB video?
