[mpeg2] repacketizing

In the driver packet for the Siemens DVB card on linuxtv.org you can
find a directory that is called mpegtools which contains various
transformation programs. there is no ts2ps but maybe ts2pes is enough
for you. Or you could use the mplex program in that directory with -i
TS_STREAM, this will remux your TS into a program stream. Be sure to
get the latest sources from public CVS.
