[mpeg2] Re: Sensory PC104 MPEG2 Encoder

  Looks like the codec is made by a company called "stream machine".  Have
alook at http://www.streammachine.com/.  Found this info in the "readme"
where it described one source code module
as containing "propretary StreamMachine code".   Stream machine in usage
sounded like an object or name.. so tried www.streammachine.com and voila!
