[mpeg2] mpeg1 on kfir VCD compliant

Hi,

I'm using kfir encoder on linux.

I want to get the MPEG1 output so that it should be
compilant to VCD standard like sector size and all...

Now i'm doing something like demux,multiplex and get
the output..

I tried all the combination given in Makefile.

It is possible with KFIR Encoder to get that..
