Actually, I am not using Kfir1 right now, but my purpose is to find port issues from
2.4 to 2.6. As I have used Kfir1 before and seen how it is written, it would have
been easier to start from here. 
Or As mentioned, I need to start porting Kfir1 first to 2.6 to understand some of the
port issues from 2.4 to 2.6

Wow, great - another kfir user! :-)

I have tried to compile the kfir driver on kernel 2.6 a few weeks ago,
but it failed badly. Apparently too much has changed...

If you ever manage to get this going, I'd be very interested in
the result.
