In the last paragraph they claim that their "signal" conforms to the
standard. Well, that's correct (otherwise nobody would be able to handle
their data, anyway). What they are doing wrong is the _contents_ transported
within their signal. The standard says that an event shall contain the _date_ and
_time_ of the event - not some bogus "transmission day" format.

I really wonder what kind of clowns they have around there at Pro-7 (or PSI,
whoever that may be), who haven't been able to fix this in more than half a year...
