This was the keyquestion, one Antenna Cable wasn't plugged into the Switch,
and this was the cable of the second DVB-S Card, so VDR wants to record, but
get no signal, and reboots. As i deleted the timers.conf, evertything worked
ok, until i start a recording again.

Now it works perfectly.
