You are both right.
AFAIK the dx-andy listings do not have a Teletext PID
and do not have group headers.
However, vdr still accepts the old format - you just
don't get Teletext without Teletext PID.

Also, last time I downloaded the dx-andy listings and
compared them with a dbox-scan, I found numerous 
differences. Not all of them were errors in the dx-andy 
listings, but the dx-andy listings are far from being
perfect. Neither are the dbox-scans because they only
list stations that broadcast a signal at the time the
scan is done, but I trust them a bit more. 
Besides this matter of trust, I do want the Teletext PIDs,
so dx-andy really is not an option for me.
