[vdr] Problem to generate index.vdr

Hi,

now i encoded a dvd, remultiplexed it and copied it to my
VDR-Computer. But i have the problem that i cannot generate an
index.vdr.

If i replay the 2 Mpegs(without index.vdr) it is working fine, the
replay is ok.

But if i make an index.vdr File, the recording hangs a little bit and
i have("gruene Kästchen und Bildstörungen").
The totaltime of the film is as VDR 21 minutes, but in real it is 117
minutes.
To generate the index.vdr i use genindex.

Can anyone help me, please?
