I'm a bit confused by that libdvdcss100, you should use 
http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/groups/dvd/dist/libdvdcss-0.0.3.ogle3.tar.gz.

Could it be that you have the wrong css lib installed?

The error message indicates that the input data stream contained an 
unexpected package. Given that this happens on all DVD's for you, i 
would suspect that the DVD decryptingh failes.

Could you check the output of VDR on the command line, libdvdread output 
some messages only on STDERR.
One more thing, what compiler are you using?
