[vdr] my script for .vdr -> .avi

Hello list,

I just completed my "overnight conversion script" for mencoder. Many
snippets are taken from Martin Hoffmann's scripts (thanks!). The most
important thing for me was to have 2 or 3 machines accessing the VDR
server via nfs and to convert in 3 parallel steps (a mosix cluster would
probably be better, but I tried this about half a year ago, and it took me
a few days to get it running -- and it was not _that_ fast...).

Some parts of the code may seem funny for programmers, but at the end it
works for me -- and that was the basic goal :) If anyone wants to improve
it -- I would be glad for comments.
