[vdr] Success: vdr-0.98:no video device found, giving up

Summary and Combination which works now:

Hardware
--------
Motherboard:	A-Open AX59Pro; Pentium 233; 256MB
Graphic: Matrox G450DH
Sound: Sound Blaster Live! (512)
DVB card:	Siemens DVB-C
DVD/CD-RW:	Toshiba SD-M1402

Software
--------
SuSE 7.3 (incl. online update to end of November)
siemens_dvb-0.9-20011117
vdr-0.98 (compiled with DVD support)

VDR is working great with all base functionality.
DVD support works but P233 is too slow. Probably will invest in K6.

Problem was a mixture of too many versions of dvb base software.

Thanks you for your support.
