IIRC, A'rpi (the author) promised to look into this at the beginning of next
year.

Maybe we should move this thread to the mplayer-dvb mailing-list
(Subscription info on the mplayer-homepage http://www.mplayerhq.hu under
"information").
In the mailing-list-archive (also there) you can read through the december
messages and will find some more information on this issue.

btw. do you mean you have delay with audio-output through the dvb-card or
through the soundcard?
