[vdr] Re: Still picture viewer?

Ohoh, sorry, could not resist to try myself, but now I am stuck.

Here my findings:

The URL from the readme wrt his own download-location for the mpeg2-sources
changed to http://www.home.zonnet.nl/panteltje/mcam/mpeg2.tgz

The videodev in ppv.h needs to be changed from /dev/video to /dev/ost/video
(????? is this right?, /dev/video did not exist here)

He uses a binary (probably from ImageMagick) named combine which did not
exist on my system, I just had the wild guess that this might have changed
to composite and changed the two occurence in ppv.c to composite.

Finally I got a program that gives no more error-messages, but does not do
the job of giving any picture to the DVB-card.

Any hints ?
