    Same problem for me . Same error even with vdr0.99pre1 and drivers
downloaded from

 ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/people/kls/vdr/siemens_dvb-0.9-20011117.tgz

I am using mandrake 8.1, kernel 2.4.8 native from this distribution and gcc
2.96 that came with the same distribution. In the distribution I also have a
3.0 version of gcc it will help to use it ?
