Best solution would be some kind of X-Server. Or a VNC*-Client (with VNC you
can control your PC from other PC's). Apart from normal graphic cards you
would create a MPEG stream from the bitmap data in the graphics memory.
Should be possible, but the resolution of TV is not very usable for surfing ;-)
