[vdr] 5.1 with VDR (and DVD) working ?

Hello,

I plan to buy a Guillemot GameSurround Fortissimo II
(http://ch.hercules.com/fr/products/gf2/features_gf2.php) with Guillemot
loudspeakers XPS 510
(http://ch.hercules.com/fr/products/xps510/features_xps510.php).

I have altready an Hauppauge DVB-s rev 1.3.

My first question: is there some channels in 5.1 or so?

If yes, does VDR work with such a soundcard, and how?

And, also really important, what about DVD in 5.1?
