[vdr] Disk full warning
It would be really nice if VDR would issue a disc full warning
*before* shutting down/or when starting a record to the *OSD*.
Ideally it should estimate the space that will be available
when the _next_ event occurs... ;-)
(Assuming that while the box is turned off, nothing could
allocate space :-) )
But: It would be sufficient if it warns on the OSD in "real time"
"The disc is *now* almost full, next record may fail"
(At least when the user presses "poweroff" or it will turn off
in the message "press an key to cancel power down")
(Recently i had only black "recordings" and only warnings
in /var/log/messages: "vdr[522]: low disk space,
but no recordings to delete".)
Or a constant display of the estimated free space in minutes
in the main menu? The time estimate could be made dynamically by
using the averrage size of exsisting recordings.
