[vdr] DVBVideoLAN now supports Multicasting

Hi,

fixed a bug in the source filter dvbrtp.ax which caused an error while 
joining the multicast group.
If you want to use multicast now, you have to add the following to your 
routing table:
	/sbin/route add -net 224.0.0.0 netmask 240.0.0.0 dev eth0
and set the environment variable DVBVL_DEST to 224.0.1.2
	export DVBVL_DEST="224.0.1.2"
