Your problem seems to be that you haven't modified the commands.
The script provided shows only the buttons on your remote - YOU have to
add the commands from the VDR manual or the pc-keys.conf file in the
video directory to match.

Simply replace TV with POWER, or RADIO with YELLOW, or CH+ with UP - you
see: with commands understood by VDR because the commands you gave by
touching your remote are recognized by the system via the hexcode
(0x80000001 and others) you provided in your mail.

I try your procedure very carefully, but i can't install 
my remote. However, when i push a key of the remote
on a console i get the value of the key like that:
"dvb: ircommand: 0x80000020" or "dvb: ircommand: 0x80000001" (With lsmod
i see lirc_dev & lirc_dvb this seems to be correct)

I use the config file you put in your Manual.
Have you a modified config file ? 
How can i configure command key, i don't understand
this point ...
