[vdr] compile problem with dvb-driver + solution

Hello

FYI: the new DVB driver from Klaus failed to compile on my system.

The problem was, that there is a precompiled version of fdump included,
that didn't work with my (older) glibc.

Solution:
Just remove fdump, it will be recompiled with the next make
