I have noticed that the FIND-CMD need much HD-Performance. So
If i have 3 Recordings at the Main-Machine and a NFS-Connected Client
search for Recordings i have Sync-Problems (TS-SYNC-Lost) because of too much
work for the HD.

I think a VDR-Internal DATABASE would be a cool idea - so VDR only need to scan
the Directory-Structure if there is nothing to do and everything what
VDR do by itselve (delete, Recording, ...) can be edited directly in the Database

A Problem is a System (like Mine) with 2 VDR´s in a NFS-network.

So i think a Filesystem-Based Database wich writes a Database-File to the /Video0
Directory would be great.

(Just a Idea)
