[vdr] A bit OT: AC3 decoder

this is a bit off-topic, but maybe someone knows of some relatively
cheap ac3 decoder  (I  only need a decoder,  without  amplifyer  or
anything else)

the only one I know of is D-701 sold by Conrad  (Nr. 992720) but it
costs 204 EUR, which is a bit too much
