[vdr] new DVD nav patch with a52lib support

Hi,

I have a new version (nav9) of my DVD patch online.

This version removes the old ac3dec that is distributed with vdr and 
replaces it with liba52. liba52 is activly maintained and developed 
while ac3dec is not. You *need* to install the liba52 package 
(liba52.sourceforge.net) first to use this patch.

There are not other important changes in this patch.

AC3 over DVB-s is not supported currently, but the new infrastructure 
should allow a runtime selectable integration of it.
