[vdr] highly experimental liba52/AC3out patch for AIO

Hi,

Looks like the maillinglist is loosing mails agian, at least the 
following message hasn't shown up so far.


Here is a patch that replace ac3dec in the latest AIO patch *and* still
supports digital AC3out.
I don't have an external reciever, so most of it is guesswork. I'm not
sure wether the constructed frames are correct or not.

This version would theoretical allow us to switch between AC3 digital
out and software decoding at runtime (but this is not completly
implemented yet).
