I tried 128-134, 175-180, 249-254, and all worked as directory and as file names on
Windows 98 SE, VFAT32, but again only on a plain command prompt. In the Norton Commander
and the Windows Explorer I get errror messages and directories are not shown correctly
and/or can not be opened. That would make it impossible to open such files/directories in
Pvastrumento for example, which I think should be avoided.
