A preview of then next Version of the Video CD patch is online under

  http://www.heiligenmann.de/download/vdr-0.99-vcd5pre1.diff.gz

It adds the missing 'Eject' functionality for (S)VCDs:
- VideoCD menue is disabled if '/dev/cdrom' is missing
- loading a CD enables the yellow 'Eject' button
- if you have two drives for '/dev/cdrom' and '/dev/dvd' any disc will
be ejected
