[vdr] Bug by deleting a Record

I've recorded a Movie and cut out the comercials. After the cut, a new 
record where created with a % at the front of the name.
Unfortunately, I found out, that one mark wasn't so good. So I delete 
the cuted record and cut the original record again.
The new record has the same name like the deleted record, but I can't 
delete that until I restart the VDR. When I try to delete without 
restart, I get the Message: 'Fehler beim Löschen der Aufzeichnung!' and 
in the SysLog stands:

 'Feb 26 13:10:54 lisa vdr[742]: ERROR: 
/usr/local/video/%@Punkt_12_-_Das_RTL-Mittagsjournal__/2002-02-26.12:38.50.50.rec: 
Directory not empty

Aufzeichnung! '

that was a test to reproduce the Error. and it works or works not. :-(
