I'm not sure, but I think this is because you removed "index"
from the "new cFrame" call in cA52decoder::makeFrame. In
cPlayBuffer::Output the writeIndex is set to the current frame
index, this means the writeIndex is reseted on every ac3 frame.
No good.

Nav2 with Wolfgang's ac3 patch is working fine.
