[vdr] DVD playback does not work.

Hi all

After successfull using VDR since over 1 Year and since 4 Month proud owner of a DVD-R Device (to save my Favorite VDR-Movies)
my brother have given me a Video-DVD (knightstale) and i tryed to watch it.

I have used the manual from: http://home.t-online.de/home/hubertus.sandmann/vdr_dvd.htm

And everything seem to be allright but if i start DVD-Playback from VDR-Menue
i see that vdr Access to the DVD-Device then it takes some seconds and the
VDR switch back to the current TV-Screen.

In log i have fount this output:

Does anyone have a Idea whatīs wrong here ?


I also have tryed to copy a VOB-File to HD - but this donīt work - i think this
is the CSS encryption ?

Is there a Way to copy a VOB file to a local HD ?
