[vdr] using the dvd navigation

Hi. It's a stupid question, but how do I use the DVD thing? Today a 
friend gave me 2 dvds to test this. I insert the disc, I select the 
option #5, and then (*) it starts the intro of the dvd. There is then 
the menu' of the dvd itself: what should I do then?!!! I tried all the 
keys! I also made a grep dvd * in VDR directory but there are no 
informations, and the web site at home.pages.de is not working...
