[vdr] nav7-LiveAC3 and AIO-02.04

Hi,

the nav7-LiveAC3 contains a problem with the LiveAC3 parts resulting in a 
crash when beeing used without the '-a' parameter.
An update patch that should apply cleanly on top of both is at:
