[vdr] vdr and the '-a' switch

Hi all,

Recently, there have been a couple of question and problem reports related to 
external AC3 processing with the '-a' switch.

1. sound is not synchron
   The external program uses an unknown amount of buffering, leading to those
   audio delays. VDR  doesn't know how much, it has no control over this and 
   it can't do anything about it, so this is *not a bug*.

2. no more audio after jumps, fast forward or rewind
   Some, if not all, external AC3 programs have problems to resync after 
   broken or incomplete AC3 frames. This is definetly the problem of these 
   programs and not a VDR bug.
