I think you won't find it... but maybe /usr/X11R6/lib/libXxf86vm.a which
is in XFree86-devel-4.2.0-10mdk

I did compil it myself for Mandrake 8.2 (in fact I have a cooker).
Whith your version you should be able to durectly use xv extension of
DVB, to my knowledge Mandrake are the only one to have included Markus
Metzler patch in there main distro ;-))
