[vdr] Problems with KVDR 5.0

Hi,

I compiled the sources and now KVDR 5 works. But I have still two problems:

I do not get fullscreen like in xawtv. It's a window of approximately 
1000 x 720 but not 1024 x 768

And the second, is there any command-line option to activate Xv when 
starting kvdr, as I want to use it over GigabitEthernet? But as for 
there is no Xv when starting, the 'export DISPLAY' - variable doesn't work.
