[vdr] Another Major Bug in master-timer-0.5.X

When uselste is set to 1 then master-timer always thinks the epgdata is up
to date and won't fetch it from VDR.


Go to line 69 in "parseepgdata.pl" and change the "<" into ">".


Btw. I currently don't know why this is wrong too, because now it always
thinks that the epgdata isn't current and fetches the data from VDR. But
that is a bug i can live with (at least for now). :-)
