[vdr] New Setup Options (Was: instant recording - timer?)

Apropos: New Setup options.

sometimes I switch back to an older version of vdr to test something.
the effect is that on exit the old vdr version "forgets" about setup
options which were in the setup.conf but unknown to the old version of
vdr.

My Idea is to consider all unknown setup.conf entries as some kind of
comments and to put them again (unchanged) into setup.conf on exit.

of course this wouldn't change the behaviour of older versions, but the
behaviour of new versions which would become old with the time.
