If you press Menu/Red, You will record 2 hours (Klaus is going to make
this value configurable) at the currently tuned channel. But you still can
go to the Timers menu and change the End time.

If you Press Menu/Ok/Red/Ok (or Menu/1/Red/Ok), you will record the
currently running program (until it's end as submitted via EPG) on the
currently tuned channel.

Remember that the second way would not work if there's no EPG data for the
currently tuned channel (do such channels exist?)
