Well thanks for the tips, i tried them all; even changed the mainboard
(ASUS == GIGABYTE) -- no positiv results 
:-((
One  other thing is that the stripes are diagonal green in xv and
vertical green in overlay;
Think it is a driver problem; maybe someone knows a mod therefor.
If i capture a picture the stripes aren't green but black little
parallel lines in the same areas of the green ones.   
Is there someon who has a gforce 2 fx with a "old" DVBs (think 1.3 ?;
maybe this is the Probplem?? using  KVDR and has a "perfect" Picture?
Could it be that this feature is only correct supported with the the
newer Cards?!?
