I tried to install the patch but make complains with the following:

ca52.o: In function `cA52decoder::convertSample(int, a52_state_s *,
unsigned char, unsigned char *)':
/root/software/vdr/unpack/vdr-1.0.1/ca52.c:218: undefined reference to
`a52_samples'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [vdr] Error 1

commandline was: make MP3=1 PROGBAR=1 REMOTE=LIRC
liba52 is version 0.7.3

did I forget anything???
