[vdr] Logging policy

Well maybe we should write an official document about what we do with
all the things logged by VDR. I think we should state we do not want
that data and we will never attempt to get those logs without the
explicit agreement of the user. That way it is a bit more difficult to
be forced into having to log everything and give it to companies or
something.

What do you think?
