They do have a PCMCIA-driver and Tools for Linux an Windows. Does it 
mean they just use simple PCI2PCMCIA-adaptors for the CIs? This would 
mean extreme flexibility in combining which CAM using for which DVB-card.

The claim most of being OpenSource. Would be a possibility for VDR.
