you can´t do anything together with these drivers or vdr
WinTV PVR is a complete different technology (analog tuner + mpeg2 hardware compressor)
DVB standard (used by DVB-S, DVB-C, DVB-T) is braodcasting directly digital in MPEG2 and the card is sorting out the streams you want to and is decoding it for your TV, so its more like a DVD player, DVD replaced by a datastream from a transmitting source
